Over the weekend, I had a call from a delightful young lady who is a first home buyer. She called me after taking to her friend who is an existing client. The reason she called me was she had been in to see her local building society and came away with no understanding of the loan process, how to get the first home owners grant or how she could meet her goals. She did know how much that lender would lend to her over 25 years but that was it.
At the end of the day, my clients are on a journey and my role is to “hold their hand” whilst we travel the road to get where we need to be.
